Cómo hacerlo CHEESECAKE CHOCOLATES
1. make cake, put together butter ,sugar in a bowl whisk until light and creamy.beat in egg and whisk again until mixing well.stir in flour and orange zest and stir through again until mixing well. put a small spoonful of mixture into each brownie pan (you only want a little in each hole when the cake are baked. you still need room to add cheesecake mixture on top). bake for 10-12 minutos .
2. simmer the orange juice and sugar in saucepan until sugar has dissolved. this call drizzle syrup. then drizzle over each cake. leave to cool, then press the cake down so that there is a room for filling on top.
3. for filling, put mascarpone cheese,fresh cream,sugar,vanilla,orange zest in a bowl and whisk until smooth.spoon it over cake,spreading in lightly using knife .so that all hole of pan are filled complete. then put cheesecake chill for 30分 until cheesecake is solid.
4. put chocolate in bowl set over anther pan with simmer water,stirring until chocolate has melt. take out cheesecake and one a time, dip into melt chocolate.transfer a rack to set.then put back to frozen.
5. before you to serve,work quickly to affix (pegar) a sugar flower on top of each chocolate cheesecake..the chocolate need frozen temperature.-if you take some time ,need place each cake in a contain and chill until you all finish. and serves immediately
